We provide Voice AI Receptionist and related business solutions, which may include AI-powered call answering, inquiry and lead capture, appointment coordination, service communications, and integrations with customer relationship management tools. We may update, modify, or discontinue features as permitted by law.

3. SMS Messaging Program

3.1 Business Identity and Message Types

The SMS messaging program is operated by The Dow Erwin Company Inc. d/b/a Dow Erwin Agency. Informational/non-marketing messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment coordination, service updates, onboarding information, and customer-support follow-ups. Promotional/marketing messages may include offers and service announcements.

3.2 Consent

Providing a mobile number does not by itself create consent to receive SMS messages. On our website chat widget, informational/non-marketing consent and promotional/marketing consent are presented as two separate, optional, unchecked checkboxes. You may select one, both, or neither checkbox. SMS consent is not required to submit a request, use our services, or make a purchase.

We will send a confirmation and will stop further SMS messages for the applicable program, except messages legally required to complete the opt-out request. If you later wish to receive messages again, complete the website opt-in process again and select the applicable optional consent checkbox.
